A complete interior for a young family in a 4,200 sqft villa. Warm plaster walls, Athangudi tile insets and custom teak joinery create a home that feels rooted without being rigid. The kitchen — a single long room of white marble and matte brass — is where the house finds its heart.
A 3,000 sqft apartment transformed into something closer to a private club. Charcoal limewash, ribbed oak panelling and hand-knotted rugs in a palette drawn from a single antique kilim the client had kept for twenty years. The living room is now the calmest room they own.
A 5,500 sqft gated-community villa given a full interior from structure to styling. The brief was simple: a home that looks like the family, not like a showroom. Handmade clay tiles, exposed concrete ceilings and curated antiques from Chettinad give each room its own gravity.
A 2,200 sqft top-floor apartment with a 600 sqft terrace. The design erases the boundary between inside and outside — full-height glazing, terrazzo from a single Rajasthan quarry, and a built-in corner reading nook that the client says is the only place she can think.
A master bedroom suite and private study — just 1,800 sqft — designed as the quietest rooms in a busy house. Aged linen, unbleached cotton, and two bespoke pieces from a Mysore woodworker. The study has one window, one lamp, and a bookshelf built to hold exactly what the client owns.

A 30-minute phone or video call — completely free. We ask about the space, the people who use it, and what you want to feel when you walk in. From there, we share a written scope and fee proposal within five working days. We never start design work without a signed brief and a small concept retainer.
Our design fee is based on project scope, not a fixed percentage. For full residential interiors, it typically ranges from ₹150 to ₹300 per sqft depending on complexity and level of detail required. Turnkey execution is quoted separately. We send a clear, itemised proposal — no surprises.
Primarily luxury residential — villas, apartments, penthouses and bungalows from 1,500 sqft upwards. We also take select material and styling consultations for smaller spaces where there is a real design problem to solve. We do not take commercial or hospitality projects at this time.
From first consultation to handover, a full residential interior typically takes 6 to 10 months depending on scope and build complexity. The concept and design phase takes 6 to 8 weeks; execution varies by scale. We commit to a realistic timeline upfront and build milestone reviews into every project.
Yes — our turnkey service covers the complete build. We work with a trusted network of contractors, fabricators and suppliers built over years of Coimbatore projects. We manage vendor relationships, quality checks and site supervision so you have a single point of accountability from start to finish.
Yes. We take residential projects across Tamil Nadu and South India. For sites outside Coimbatore, we travel for the four key milestone visits and coordinate with local execution teams we have worked with before. NRI and outstation clients are welcome — we have a clear remote-project workflow.
